- Delivery Timeframe: Orders typically take 8 weeks to be completed and delivered, depending on the product and production queue.

 - Shipping Cost: Delivery charges are not fixed — they are calculated based on your location.

- Delivery Method: Our internal logistics team handles all deliveries. We are responsible for the product until it reaches your home and is fully installed.

- No Tracking System: Currently, we do not offer a live tracking system for orders.
