To maintain the highest level of quality and uniqueness in our products, we have implemented a "final sale on custom order items" refund policy. Before making a purchase, please carefully review the following terms and conditions:

- No Returns or Exchanges: Please note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for custom-made items and/or installed items. Our custom-made pieces are crafted with attention to detail and designed to your preferences, making them unique and unsellable to others. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or returned for a refund. In rare cases where a refund is issued, it will be provided in the form of store credit, which is valid for life.

- If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of in-stock items, you may contact us to initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, with proof of purchase. For specific exceptions, please reach out to our customer support team for more information. Unfortunately, our physical stores cannot accept returns of furniture or other large items.

- Refund Process: In exceptional cases where a final sale or non-returnable item is approved for return, a credit will be issued with applicable restocking fees. Credits will be provided in the original form of payment. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable, except in the case of manufacturer defects or transit damage.

- Condition of Items: Dahab Bazaar reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that are not in new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

- Quality Assurance: Our team ensures that each item is inspected before shipping to meet our high-quality standards. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within two days of delivery to report the issue. We will promptly assist you in resolving the matter and may offer a replacement or repair, at our discretion.

- Accurate Descriptions: We take pride in providing accurate and detailed product descriptions, including dimensions, materials, and finishes, on our website. We encourage you to review these details carefully and reach out to us if you have any questions before making a purchase. Please note that natural variations in materials may result in slight differences in color, texture, or appearance, which are not eligible for return or refund.

- Manufacturer Warranties: Some of our furniture items may come with manufacturer warranties that cover specific defects or damages. Any claims related to these warranties should be directed to our customer representatives, who will provide the necessary assistance.
